Toy puppet

Hey there !
Welcome back. This piece contains the instructions to make a cute little toy puppet with paper. So are you ready to have fun with your own little, handmade friend ?




Material required :-



•Scissors
•Pencil
•Gluestick
•Ruler
•Colours (Optional)
•Eraser
•Papers (coloured or white)


How to make the Toy Puppet ?

1. Take any A4 sized sheet or book (or any size for measurement) and take different coloured papers (whichever colour is available). Cut the papers as given above in the picture. You can take the dimensions according to the template given above.

2. Take the bigger paper.

3. Roll it lengthwise to join both the shorter sides to make a cylinder.



4. Wrap the second bigger paper around the cylinder formed. It should touch one edge of the cylinder like this


5. Next, take the small black paper and cut it like this to make the hair of the puppet.


6. After this, we will take the yellow paper to make the feather of the puppet. Fold the paper in half to make both the longer sides meet and then give it the shape of a feather. After that make small-small cuts with scissors.




7. Then paste the hair on the left side and the feather on the right side. Make sure that the uncut part of the hair is not visible and the feather looks real. To do this, cover the unwanted part of the hair and feather with the last strip of paper left. Secure it with glue.

8. Our puppet has no face !?!? Let's give it eyes, nose, jewellery and a beautiful smile.
