How to make luscious sweet corn ? (simplest method)


So you are here to learn how to make 'Luscious Sweet Corn'? 'Luscious' means 'tasty'! So we will be making 'Tasty Sweet Corn' !

1. Grab a few ears of corn ( छल्ली ) ( ਛੱਲੀ ). The number can be according to your requirement. We took four of them for 10 cups.
Please ignore the melon!

2. Remove the outer green covering.
After removing, it will look like this.

3. After that, there's a bit of hard work. Remove or separate the corn kernels. Remember, your corn will also need good treatment and sweetness by you for becoming sweeter. 
This hard work was done by Mumma. She did all of it. Thank you, mommy.





4. Then, you need to keep these kernels for boiling in water any container like we used a kadhai. Boil them for approximately 30 minutes until they become soft and chewable. It also kills any germs if present.



5. Till then we will prepare the masala (spices) for our sweet corn and have a look at Micky ...
Don't disturb me while I am sleeping on the cool-cool floor!

6. We need black pepper (काली मिरच), salt (नमक) and lemon (निंबू). Take black pepper and salt according to taste. Half a lemon is fine. Squeeze the lemon in the spices and mix everything well in a dish.

7. After the kernels become soft after boiling. Take them out and use a container in which you can mix them well with the spices mixture. Then, serve your 'luscious sweet corn' in mugs or cups with spoons.
